Ashly Mae Guernaccini
Managing Attorney

Ashly Guernaccini founded atCAUSE Law Office because she knows good legal representation is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Her practice focuses on estate planning (wills, trusts, healthcare directives), probate, intellectual property (trademarks & copyrights), and business law, specifically contract law, business transactions, dispute resolution, and entity formation.
​
Ashly received her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her Doctor of Law Degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She spent over ten years as in-house counsel for large, nonprofit healthcare providers, managing their legal departments and overseeing regulatory compliance, trademark protection, labor and employment law administration, contract management, and many more legal and business functions.

While Ashly is already a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, she joined the Florida Bar in 2020 to start helping small business owners in Pinellas County with all of their legal needs.
​
Ashly can explain complex legal matters in a way that those who know nothing of the law can understand. She's efficient and great at time management, saving clients money on legal fees. Joe Shafer

Joe Shafer is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in trial and litigation. His unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth drives his success. With expertise in trial preparation, legal research, case management, and negotiations, Joe has excelled in various legal roles. Notably, as a Senior Litigation Associate, he managed over 2000 Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases, actively participating in hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Joe's strong negotiation skills and ability to build positive relationships are evident. As an Assistant State Attorney, he expertly tried 20+ cases, both jury and non-jury, showcasing exceptional courtroom skills and managing a caseload exceeding 200 cases.
Joe holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida. His dedication and pursuit of excellence make him an invaluable asset to atCause Law Office.

Brandon Stanko
Of Counsel

Brandon hails from a family with a strong entrepreneurial background. Numerous members of his family own small enterprises, which sparked Brandon's enthusiasm for collaborating with business visionaries. He derives great satisfaction from assisting owners in navigating the challenges that often confront small businesses.

Since 2012, Brandon has been involved in handling transactional and regulatory matters for various businesses. His experience extends to navigating the intricacies of the highly regulated oil and gas industry and establishing 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporations.
​
Originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area and a graduate of Gannon University, Brandon relocated to Florida to pursue his Juris Doctor degree at the Florida Coastal School of Law, which he obtained in 2008. During his leisure time, Brandon dedicates himself to volunteering and coaching soccer.

Sylvana Rosende
Of Counsel

Sylvana practices probate, estate planning, and guardianship law. She has extensive experience representing beneficiaries, fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, and guardians), and handling contested trust, estate, and guardianship litigation. Sylvana also has dealt with real estate matters related to probate.

Originally from Miami, Sylvana has been involved in the legal field since a young age. She earned her bachelor's degree from Florida International University and graduated with honors from St. Thomas University College of Law. Throughout law school, Sylvana excelled academically, receiving CALI Book Awards in Legal Research and Writing as well as in Advanced Legal Research and Writing. She obtained an Elder Law Certificate for her studies in guardianship and elder law and consistently made the Dean's List. During her time in law school, Sylvana gained valuable experience interning for the Chief Judge of the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami, focusing on probate and guardianship cases.

In her leisure time, Sylvana enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing with her two dogs, and supporting the Miami Heat.

Randy Narkir

Randy focuses on estate planning, probate, guardianship administration, special needs planning, and elder law. With extensive practical experience and a thorough knowledge of Florida's distinct legal environment, Randy has developed expertise in these areas.

In addition to his legal work, Randy actively serves on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations, showcasing his commitment to community service.
